Defozs Classic Potato Salad


Ingredients:
1 Cup Best Food's Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. French's Mustard
2 Tablespoons Vinegar
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
4 Cups Cooked -- Cubed, Peeled Russet Potatoes
1 Cup Diced Celery
1/2 Diced Onion
2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley Chopped
2 Hard-Cooked Eggs -- Chopped

Method:
In Large Bowl Stir First 8 Ingredients Until Smooth.
Add Remaining Ingredients; Toss To Coat Well. Cover;
Chill. Makes 8 To 10 Servings.

Variations: Adding 1.2.3.
1. Black/Green Olives - 6oz
2. Cilantro Leaves/Stems --
3. Chopped Dill Pickles ---- 4 Diced Small

Macaroni Salad
               
            Salad Macaroni --------- 1lb
            Hard Boiled Eggs ------- 8
            Celery ----------------- 2 stalk
             Red Onion -------------- 1
             Green Onions ----------- 4
             Pimentos --------------- 4oz               American Cheese -------- 16oz
             Ham -------------------- 8oz
             Bacon ------------------ 4oz
             Dill Pickles ----------- 4           
             Mayonnaise -------------- 1¾ cups
             Mustard ---------------- 2T
             Distilled Vinegar ------ 2T
             Lemon Juice ------------ 2T
             Tobasco ---------------- 4 Dashes
             Salt ------------------- Taste
             Coarse Black Pepper ----- 2T
             Fresh Thyme ------------- 1T
             Fresh Parsley ----------- 3T
             Method:
            Boil Salad Macaroni,rinse
            w/cold water Cool & toss w/
            Bacon grease lightly
            Chop eggs med. size
            Dice onion, celery,Dill Pickles,
            Pimentos,American Cheese
            And Ham med. small
            Best food May-o only            
            Mix all adding lemon & Vinegar
            Last Let Macaroni Salad Rest 1hrs
            Be for Serving Checking to see
            If you need A little moor May-o
            or salt.
            Variations:

            3. Adding Cilantro leaves/stems
                Chop small ------------- 1 Bunch
            4. Penn Pasta In Place Of
                Salad Macaroni Use fresh Basil
                And Add Fresh Garlic w/ half
                the May-o adding Vignette
                Dressing.
